Part needed to repair rear windshield washer had to be ordered, even though they knew why I was coming in for service. I had to come back the next Saturday at which time the part was replaced in 30 minutes. I would suggest for excellent service that a known defective part be ordered in advance of the service call, as to not make the customer return a second time.
I would like to commend Ken Hyman for addressing some problems I has buying this car, solving them to my satisfaction. This is rare in today's car world to find a dealer that cares after the sale. I give them my highest recommendation.
